On the advice of our longtime client, the owner of a small real estate agency in Moscow approached us with a desire to become more visible to his customers and to improve the status of the company. Besides the important points were the further ease of use and the low costs of production of the communication materials.
Given all the input data, we have developed a brand identity that was both inexpensive to manufacture and easy to use. The logo represents a “Bee cell” as a symbol of family and social unit within which is the house styled as the first letter in the word “property” in Russian.
Notebooks, folders, and other materials have been developed in the flat design style, in order to be able to print easily in all printing houses in a fairly short period of time and always get a good quality.
